After the adventure comes the pause

There is so much to experience in Lapland.

You may spend your days exploring snowy forests, meeting huskies, searching for the Northern Lights or simply taking in the vast northern landscapes.

And while every experience adds something to your journey, your body and mind may also need a moment to slow down.

Lapland Pause gives you that moment.

A quiet space to breathe, relax and let the experiences of your journey settle.

Because Lapland is not only a place to see.

It is a place to feel.

How your pause unfolds

Pause

You don't need to go anywhere. I come to you.

We begin slowly.

You are welcomed with a small local berry drink and given time to leave the day's activities behind.

Settle

Make yourself comfortable under a soft blanket.

You remain fully clothed throughout the experience, either comfortably lying down or seated.

There is nothing you need to know or prepare for.

Receive

A gentle, intuitive relaxation experience helps you slow down and turn your attention inward.

You do not need to do anything.

Simply allow yourself to receive.

The sound of the North

The experience continues with the deep, earthy sound of the drum.

The steady rhythm invites you to slow down, listen and become present.

A moment to simply be

At the end, there is no rush to move on to the next activity.

You have a moment to simply be.

You will also receive a small, carefully chosen keepsake from your moment of stillness in Lapland.

When is a Lapland Pause right for you?

After a day full of activities

Give yourself time to slow down and recover before your next adventure.

When your mind is still busy

New places, new experiences and a full itinerary can keep your mind active long after the day is over.

When you want something private

This is your own quiet moment – without a group, a schedule or anything you need to perform.

When you want to experience Lapland differently

Beyond the landscapes and activities, give yourself a moment to simply be in the stillness of the North.

When you want to remember how Lapland felt – not only how it looked

Sometimes the most meaningful travel memories are not the things you did, but the moments you truly felt.

Not another activity to tick off your list

Lapland Pause is not about adding more to your holiday.

It is about giving you space to take in what you have already experienced.

Private Arctic Reset is a quiet moment in the middle of your Lapland journey – time to slow down, receive and let the experience become part of you.

You have experienced Lapland.
Now take a moment to feel it.

A little about your host

Hi, I'm Ritu

I created Lapland Pause because I know how easy it is to fill every moment – even when you are supposed to be on holiday.

Sometimes we keep going simply because there is always something new to see and experience.

I wanted to create something different.

A quiet moment in the middle of a Lapland adventure where you do not need to do anything, learn anything or achieve anything.

You simply pause, breathe and receive.

That is the idea behind Lapland Pause.
