2. Products and prices
We sell wellbeing services. Prices are in euros and include VAT (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
Bookings are made in the online store. A binding contract is formed when the booking is paid or confirmed and the customer receives a confirmation by email. Please check the confirmation and report any errors without delay.
4. Payment methods
Online payment (MobilePay and card / online-bank payments). Payment is charged at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and changes
This is a leisure service provided at a specific time, subject to the following:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the price.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are made by email (ritu@verenvoimaa.fi) or by phone. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability when requested at least 24 hours before the start. Note: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.
6. Provider's right to cancel
If the service cannot be carried out for reasons attributable to the provider (e.g. illness) or due to force majeure, the customer is offered a new time or a full refund. The provider is not liable for any other costs incurred by the customer.
7. Gift cards
A gift card is valid for the period stated on it. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to buy another gift card.
8. Complaints
Please raise any complaints as soon as possible, preferably during the service or by email to ritu@verenvoimaa.fi. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
